Guide on how to use Sony HDR-CX110 Handycam

How to Recording Video?

1. Push down the lens-cover switch on the right side of the lens to open the lens cover.

2. Pull open the LCD screen to turn on the Sony HDR-CX110 and press the "Mode" button on the top of the camera until the film symbol indicator light, which looks like a single frame of film, is lit. The word "STBY" appears on the top of the screen, indicating the camcorder is in standby.

3. Press the "Start/Stop" button on the back of the camera and to the right of the battery pack to start recording. You can also press the dot icon on the left side of the screen to record videos. "STBY" changes to "REC" when recording.

4. Push the "Start/Stop" button or the dot icon on the left side of the screen a second time to stop recording. "REC" changes back to "STBY" on the screen.

How to Playback?

1.Open the Sony HDR-CX110 Handycam LCD screen.

2.Press the ">" button in the control panel on the left side of the camera. The control panel is covered by the LCD screen when it is closed. A grid will appear on the screen with a thumbnail of all of the saved videos on your memory card, sorted by the date they were recorded.

3.Tap the video you want to watch to begin playback.

4.Touch the square icon on the screen to stop playback; "> ||" to play or pause the video; "
