How do I edit m2ts video into FCP X from Panasonic TM900 camcorder?

Have lots of full HD video captured by Panasonic HDC TM900 and want to import those files into FCP X for further editing. However, still have problem in achieving it, for the M2TS file can't be directly transferred into Final Cut Pro X.
