I can output my finished FCP project (Which was shot in HD)as a Quicktime file with the basic settings but it looks like crap. How do I configure the output as HD and still get DVD Studio Pro 4 to accept it and burn it to a disk that will play in a DVD player? Export a self-contained QT movie from your FCP timeline using "current settings." Open Compressor and choose your bitrate. I never go much past 6.5 bit rate CBR best quality. Encode your audio to the industry standard AC3 file format instead of staying with .aif audio.
